- Quality Control and Assurance System
 To serve you better, XL Metal is certified and registered to ISO 9001:2000 by TUV NORD CERT GmbH&Co.,KG. With the operation deeply on the ISO system, we are not only to take as our reputa-tion but the regulation on the every detail of oper-ation behaviors of our staff. Quality and service consciousness is now melted into the mind of every people in the position. The certification process is a company-wide endeavor and just one more exa-mple of XL Metal ongoing commitment to providing our customers with quality products and services. As our quality policy notes, we do what is necessary to meet or exceed our customer's expectations. ISO 9001:2000 standard is an integral part of XL's effort to meet or exceed its customer expectations and is in alignment the company's ongoing continuous improvement philosophy. ISO 9001:2000 standard centers itself around a more process approach and includes enhancements with regard to customer satisfaction and meeting customer equirements.

 1. All temporary personnel receive training in basic measuring techniques
2. Many inspectors trained in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)
3. Press operators receive advanced measurement training
4. Group of employees are currently trained as internal auditors
5. All employees receive training in SPC and Problem Solving techniques
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
1. Operators perform SPC for required applications
2. Process capability studies performed
3. Six Sigma black and green belts
4. Statistical studies performed on die, machine preventative maintenance
5. Special statistical studies performed for customer upon request
- Inspection Capabilities
 Coordinate Measuring Machine accurate to .005 mm ; Hardness Testers : Rockwell ; salt spray tester ; Full range of hand measuring tools ; Fixed gage design capabilities
- Supplied Material Control
Only approved suppliers can be used; To be approved suppliers must undergo quality system audit; Suppliers are rated quarterly on quality, delivery, and service performance ; Purchased goods are subject to receiving inspection Lot traceablity is maintained when required
- Production Planning & Control
QA follows automotive guidelines for Advanced Product Quality Planning; Operators are responsible for the quality of their work ;QA issues written inspections, setup, and work instructions for each job; QA performs audit function during processing and before final shipping
- General checking flow
Materials' testing and checking before booking in warehouse. third checking periods: the primary sample checking, mass producing checking, the pipelining operation checking, final product checking and exit warehouse checking before delivery.
